The Print Shop

The Print Shop is re-opening, but for a limited time only.

Well, once a month for a limited time. I’m going to be opening up the print shop again, for the last weekend of the month. Starting the 29th of July, the print shop will open Friday mornings at 9am eastern, and be open all weekend until Sunday night at 11:59pm. All orders that come in during that window, will be produced, hand-cut and hand-embellished if needed. Then they will be carefully packaged up and sent to you! Because of the customization needed on many prints, the process will be about 2-3 weeks before the prints can be shipped out.

What exactly is hand-embellishing though?

As you might see, I have many paintings that have gold in them. And, unfortunately, when you print gold, you don’t quite get the same shimmery quality from a printer as you do from a paint. So for all the prints where the original painting has gold in it, I will hand paint the gold onto those prints, so you get the same shimmering quality! I love that prints look so close to originals, I definitely didn’t want the printed gold to give it away.

I’ll also be featuring my 10 favourite prints of the month on my IG stories. There’s so many that I love, it’s definitely going to be hard to choose. Those can be seen on Instagram Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with link right to the listing if you want to purchase them.

I’m so excited to be able to offer prints again. It was hard having to sell my printer when we moved. I know that original paintings aren’t always in everyone’s budget, so I like that prints can be a great way to still get beautiful art into your homes.
