The rooted in grace collection

A collection of acrylic abstract paintings on canvas. There’s something about feeling like you have a sound system of roots holding you up. A good foundation keeps you standing. There’s a sense of comfort in brushstrokes, knowing they will always be there waiting for me if I ever have to leave them. They won’t abandon me. That is the same with life and having it built on a good foundation.

The Minis Collection - ONE

A collection of mini paintings, all under 8” x 10” on paper and canvas. These acrylic paintings are a continuation of the first Minis Collection, which came out of mourning a great loss. Photographs from close friends and family, the skies and storms over the lake where I live, and the glowing of the sun are the roots of this collection.
