Processing Times:

Items are shipped within three to five (3-5) business days once payment is received.  

NOTE: during holiday months (November & December) it can take up to (7) seven business days for orders to be processed before being shipped.

International Shipping:

International buyers are responsible for customs fees and any fees/charges that apply when picking up your package (if applicable).

Customs may delay the time of arrival depending on your location, and may delay it several weeks.  You can never predict what customs will choose to do.  Sorry for any inconvenience; please know that this is out of my control.

International shipping can take anywhere from ten (10) to thirty-five (35) business days to arrive at destination.

Shipping Issues:

Lost Items:   I am not responsible for lost packages. If you would like to add insurance to your order, please message me prior to payment, and I will add the additional shipping charges to your order.

Damages during shipping:   I take extra measures to ensure that your prints and original pieces arrive flat and uncreased. I use rigid mailers, and use a stamp that declares "Do Not Bend or Fold Please" on all my packaging. Unfortunately, the postal system does not always comply or handle packages carefully. If you wish to add extra insurance to your package, please let me know prior to checking out. Email me at or use the form HERE. If you have purchased insurance, you can get your reimbursement at the post office. Daughter Zion Designs can not replace any prints or original pieces that are damaged during shipment for free.

---Note about Canada Post: Unfortunately, Canadian shipping costs are often more expensive compared to other countries.  I realize that you may be able to purchase hand made paper goods from other shops with less expensive postage rates, but know that Daughter Zion Designs are one-of-a-kind designs, not mass produced; you will not find these anywhere else.  You are supporting a small Canadian shop, and keeping hand made products alive.---


Custom items require a 50% deposit to hold your place in my calendar, prior to starting any sketching or research for the piece. Full balance must be paid prior to the final piece being created. If at any point after the full balance has been paid you decide to cancel, you will be refunded 50% of the total purchase price.

I require payment within 2 days (48 hours) of purchase.

Orders will NOT ship out until payment has cleared. 

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct upon checkout. I cannot be held responsible for items shipped to the wrong address.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you feel that you have received the wrong item, please let me know within seven (7) days of when the purchase is received. I will accept an exchange of product (customer responsible for return shipping costs. New item's shipping costs waived).

If you would rather a refund instead of exchange, I can work that out with you. A refund, less shipping costs, will be made promptly once the returned item has been received by me. Please email to inquire about refunds or exchanges.

Custom Orders:
Please note that custom orders may take more than ten to fourteen (10-14) business days to process before shipping. Custom artwork made by Daughter Zion Designs is the intellectual property of Daughter Zion Designs and therefore it it possible that your custom work could become a future design for sale*. If your custom order is something that you do not want replicated, please leave me a written note saying so, and your wish will be respected.
